Born and raised in the LBC, Noey AKA @strandsofhoney on insta, has always had a passion for curating low maintenance beachy manes. After 14 years in the industry, she’s secured lived-in color & balayage for both blondes and brunettes as her specialty. She has trained with Redken, and Unite and even educated for Unite for some of her career. Inclusivity is something she strives for with every client in her chair and works hard to create a safe space for every person that walks through the door.

When she’s not behind the chair, you can catch Noey exploring in the mountains or at your nearest climbing gym
